Ashby Livingston Design Group (ALDG) was founded in 2023, and is built on a foundation of expertise and dedication to excellence in architectural design and permitting services. Ronald has two decades of experience in commercial, educational, residential and worship facilities. Furthermore, Ronald has over one decade of experience as a Senior Plan Analyst for the City of Houston. Ronald has also had the privilege of reviewing plans in accordance with the 2006 - 2015 International Building Code (IBC) and enforcing the city's building and development codes. This experience allows him to seamlessly navigate complex permitting processes and provide clients with the guidance needed to bring their projects to life.

At ALDG, we specialize in architectural design for residential and commercial projects, as well as plan review services that meticulously guide clients through the permitting process with efficiency and ease.

As a highly skilled and reliable architect, Ronald takes pride in his ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless coordination between architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural disciplines. Ronald's approach combines technical precision with a client-focused mindset, ensuring every project is executed with professionalism and integrity.

Ronald is also a proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, one of the nation’s most prestigious Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Ronald's passion is to positively impact communities in Houston and beyond by designing spaces that inspire, function efficiently, and enhance the built environment.
